An ex-con sets out to avenge his brother’s death after they were double-crossed during a heist years ago. During his campaign, however, he’s tracked by a veteran cop and an egocentric hit man.

I was really surprised by this one. On the surface it seemed that Faster ran the risk of being just another Big Dumb Action Movie (BDAM). You know the type of thing that i am talking about, a movie that is heavy on explosions but a little light plot. Well Faster was nothing like that, if you loved Kill Bill you are going to enjoy faster. It was actually well written, had a brilliant cast (It’s lead actor did not have to overtly rely on his reputation gained from a certain wrestling federation). However, it should be noted that English actor Oliver Jackson-Cohen who gave a brilliant performance as a contract killer who was in the midst of what could only be described as a midlife crisis.
