If you take the time to look at WWE studios it seems pretty clear that they live by the words ‘If at first you don’t succeed try, try again’. Looking at their releases that I have actually … watched you will find that if you blink you would probably miss the release many of their movies. Admittedly, they have actually released one movie that was actually great. The Reunion, is not that movie however, director Michael Pavone directed that movie so there is a degree of emotional depth to the movie.
Granted, The Reunion but is a little clichéd but it is very much a boy’s own adventure with guns, jokes and even a few explosions thrown in for good measure. John Cena had a chance to further his acting and he is well suited for action movie but I believe that if he is ever going to be taken seriously as an actor he needs to be thrown into a few movie roles that would be considered a little more dramatic than any of his previous film roles.
