Loosely Based on the first ever Jamican Bobsled that competed at the XV Olympic Winter Games in Calgary.

This is a feel good movie which Disney is legendary for producing. Cool Runnings is a film the entire family can get behind and enjoy watching. There is some brilliant comic acting. Yes this movie has a lesson teach and the lesson is about tolerant of everybody no matter who they are. Cool Runnings manages to avoid falling into the trap of being to preachy, which some family movies are guilty of doing from time to time.
