I’m being brutally honest, Double Dragon is at the top of a very large list of reasons as to why video games should not be spun off into movies. With its pathetically lame acting Double Dragon proves that all it is worth is a few cheap slapstick laughs that do nothing to rescue the movie. Its clear that director James Yukich was severly inexperinced to bring Double Dragon to the screen, as his entire career had been built on music videos and television specials.
