When there is a riot in a prison, two prisoners must stick together if they are going to survive

This movie is the lamest attempt at a sequel ever especially considering a plot point from the previous movie was recycled by writers Andrew Stevens & D. Kyle Johnson. Bill Goldburg obviously he had the right phyiscal look for a prison movie however, he really needs to lift his game to be considered for any future speaking roles in a feature film.
