If you take the time to read some of the reviews of New Moon by people, who have read the books in the Twilight saga it is interesting on how quickly the fans can turn on a franchise. One of my biggest gripes with this film is that Chris Weitz directed the movie and there was no continuity with the director considering that the Director of twilight Catherine Hardwicke was unable to direct New Moon due to scheduling conflicts. Though it had some interesting, action sequences that help to propel things along I really do not believe that New Moon managed to get up and fire on all of its cylinders, which really is a shame for all of the “Twihards”. And if you take a step back for a moment what kind of message does the Twilight Saga send about suicide? .
