This chronicles the early days of James T. Kirk and his fellow USS Enterprise crew members. As they battle a Romulan tyrant Nero who seeks to destroy the federation.

Everything that you could have expected was delivered with this film. This is the kind of addaption where the hardcore Trekkies really shouldn’t have anything to complain about, considering that most movies addapted from any source material particularly books, television series or computer games run the risk of being universaly dispied by its fanbase.
I believe that JJ Abrams has done his best to craft something completely different in feel from the previous ten star trek films.
Chris Pine should be congratulated for making the role of James T. Kirk his own. While Zachary Quinto was brilliant as Spock.
