ACT Chief Minister and Minister for Health, Katy Gallagher welcomed the launch of an online database by The Independent Living Centre Australia.
“The new database will support people with disabilities and older Australians to find information that will help them continue to enjoy a high quality of life and, importantly, to continue to live their lives independently,” The Chief Minister commented.
Chief Minister Gallagher pointed out that suppliers can add their details to the information and there are already more than 15,000 items on the database with ongoing work to take place to continue to review and add information.
