The night before his big medical school interview, a promising student celebrates his 21st birthday with his two best friends.

The guys who wrote the hangover are responsible for 21 & over, I got the overall feeling that they were trying to give us another version of the hangover. In the end it turned out to be a poorly written hybrid The Hangover and Project X. I suppose I am going to have to add this to the list of questions that I want answered but, what was with the habit of the main characters of Miller and Casey referring to their best friend since high school by his full name? It was almost that they were not as good friends that they claimed that they were.
One last thing that I would like to point out to any potential filmmakers out there that repeat cuts on people who are vomiting is never a good thing, no matter how badly you may try to justify it.
