During a zombie apocalypse, a group of survivors hide on Alcatraz Island to escape from rising zombie hordes. When their refuge is overrun, and upon hearing that a scientist may have discovered a cure, they leave the island to seek him out.

I really must be a sucker for punishment, because I did not even realize that this was a movie that was ‘produced’ by the Asylum until I was already playing the DVD. I guess I was drawn to the fact that Danny Trejo was in this one, out of the entire cast it seemed that he was only person who best suited to his role, but then again the only thing that could have saved this movie was if it did not go into production. Possibly the funniest thing about the entire movie was that French Stewart had scene stolen from him by a chimpanzee.
Like most movies that are ‘produced’ by the Asylum it seems that continuity is obviously a dirty word.
