The U.S. government recruits Machete to battle his way through Mexico in order to take down an arms dealer who looks to launch a weapon into space.

This one seemed to have a blink and you’ll miss it run at the cinema, so maybe you are going to have keep this review in mind for when this one is released on DVD. Now for those of you who watched the 2010 Robert Rodriguez Machete should that only the key actors reprised their roles in Machete Kills ( so that means no Lindsay Lohan).
The blood and gore puts Machete Kills in the category of not being a mum movie.
Rodriguez really seems to be running with the ball that he picked up when he released Grindhouse with Quentin Tarantino back in 2007, this is highlighted further by the fact that second Machete sequel is on the cards.
While watching Machete Kills I am pretty sure that I have seen some of the more creative cinematic kills that I have seen in recent years, trying not to spoil anything I am pretty sure that the most creative kill involved a harpoon gun and a crashing helicopter.
