As a cowardly farmer begins to fall for the mysterious new woman in town, he must put his new-found courage to the test when her husband, a notorious gun-slinger, announces his arrival.
Yes, for the record I am a fan of Seth MacFarlane’s work, though I have a feeling that MacFarlane was cruising on any goodwill that everybody had for his last movie Ted to actually put any work into the screenplay A Million Ways To Die In The West and to openly refer to as comedy would be an insult to every other comedic movie that has ever been made.
In it is defence there is an actual halfway decent cast in this movie and considering the actual ability of those actors they actually managed to hit some of the more emotional moments of the movie pretty well. I believe that this actually had the potential to be a half decent movie if MacFarlane had of abandoned the half-hearted attempts at humour.
It was good to see Christopher Lloyd make a cameo as Dr Emmett Brown, but Seth seriously did you really have to drag the poor Back to the Future franchise into your cinematic fiasco?
