Minister for Creative Industries, Martin Foley, today announced the seven projects that will share $1.18 million in funding from Film Victoria’s Assigned Production Investment program.
These seven projects will support over 300 job opportunities in Victorian film and television.” Mr Foley commented “We’re helping our film and TV industry grow and cementing Victoria’s reputation as Australia’s creative capital.”
Mr Foley explained that some of the projects include a second season of KooKoo Harajuku, the acclaimed series inspired by Gwen Stefani, a documentary the Great Australian Education Experiment, a four-part series dedicated to the contribution of our teachers and the importance of their skills and Shakespearian love story Taboo, set amongst the Yakel people of Vanuatu, at war with their neighbours.
