Three scouts, on the eve of their last camp-out, discover the true meaning of friendship when they attempt to save their town from a zombie outbreak.

If I had of come across this one when I was about fifteen years younger I probably would have enjoyed this movie a lot more than I did ( come to think of it I probably would have enjoyed this more if I had a nice alcoholic buzz while watching it). That being said watching this was not a, complete ordeal even if the filmmakers went for the cheap laugh almost every time. Now there weren’t any decent performances but this wasn’t the kind of movie that you would expect to see any. Now given the simplicity of the movie (considering this was originally titled, Scouts VS Zombies) and the fact that stars Logan Miller, Joey Morgan and Sarah Dumont are all interested in potential sequels, Scouts Guide to the Apocalypse could be developed into a very watchable franchise on the level of something like the 2002 movie Bubba Ho-Tep that stared Bruce Campbell. But this would only work if, enough care and attention was put into any of the subsequent screenplays.
