Despite rumours to the contrary, Australian film distribution company, Monster Pictures would like to officially deny any connection to the recent ‘CREEPY CLOWN’ craze sweeping the nation. It has been suggested by several unscrupulous sources that these so-called ‘CREEPY CLOWN’ incidences are part of a campaign designed to promote the Monster Pictures Halloween release of Rob Zombie’s latest horror film, 31. Neil Foley, Monster Pictures’ Head of Acquisitions recently made the following statement “Rob Zombie is a visionary director, responsible for some of the finest horror films of our times, his latest film is no exception and whilst it does heavily feature creepy clowns, it was conceived, produced and acquired long before this craze began. To draw a connection, or to direct blame at Monster Pictures or the film, is an outrage and a low blow in my opinion. I implore all fans of Monster Pictures and Rob Zombie to have fun this Halloween, but to act responsibly at all times.”
