A group of military prisoners must fight off a terrorist attack on their prison which, unbeknownst to them, is a cover for a secret drone control facility.
Alright I stumbled across this one on Netflix a couple of days ago. I really wasn’t that familiar with most of the people who were involved in the making of this movie, to be perfectly honest the only name that I had previously come across was that of the lead actor Cam Gigandet. This really didn’t fill me with that much confidence especially when I remembered that Gigandet had a lead role in the Seal Team Six telemovie.
At best this attempts to be a by the numbers action movie but given its predictability and failure to stop me from continually pausing it to come back to it latter it was very clear that the filmmakers did not have that much of a clue as to what they were doing. Possibly the only high point of the movie was Michael Dale’s performance as Colonel Irving.
I doubt that I will watch Black Site Delta for a second time in a hurry, all that I can say is that if you do feel a need to watch this a couple of beers are recommended.
