After an attack on inmate Frankenstein fails a Black Ops specialist enters the maximum prison to join the illegal Death Race and take down Frankenstein.
The premise for the plot is actually kind of interesting being that in the future prison overcrowding the death sport known as Death Race is created. Even though this movie has a cool premise it isn’t the best of film franchises, on face value it seems that not enough effort was made by the filmmakers to connect each instalment together to provide a coherent overall storyline it seems that the only way this was attempted was through casting Frederick Koehler as the same character in all four movies.Though I will admit I did not watch the other three movies before watching this one. Beyond Anarchy wasn’t big and loud as I was excepting, it did not even have any particularly clever moments. Beyond Anarchy’s biggest crime was that the hero and villain didn’t have a noticeable personality or goals. I’ll give the filmmakers credit for attempting a twist ending but they didn’t lay a lot of plot pipe with the audience to pull it off. All it successfully managed to be a movie I won’t be rewatching in a hurry.
