A very clumsy man and his UFO-obsessed girlfriend discover a plan made by his boss to market eggs laced with nicotine.

I have now watched all three Yahoo Serious movies. Is that a good thing? Well … I suppose it is the first acting role that I have seen Grant Prio in over twenty years (people of a certain age might remember Prio from his work on the ABC in the early to mid-90’s) that role being in Finders Keepers. Mr. Accident is a delightfully stupid movie, with a tittle like Mr. Accident its only to be expected. I found that I enjoyed the Rubbish Tsunami scene as well as the scenes with the volkswagen hubcap. It should be noted that things did get a little political towards the end with what was said about the cigarette industry, but this was decidedly less political than Serious’ last movie Reckless Kelly.
Compared to his performance in Reckless Kelly I thought that Serious was just as enjoyable in Mr. Accident as he was in Young Einstien. I loved the onscreen awkwardness between Helen Dallimore and Serious. I enjoyed David Field’s performance as Duxton Chevalier even though his character was a lot the other villains in the other movies directed by Serious. I was a little surprised to see that Paul Livingston AKA Flacco was cast in this, though as it turns out he was also cast in Serious’ previous movie Reckless Kelly.
