Reiss is the greatest champion to ever fight in a LEGENDS cage. But when promoter Max Black pits him against wrestling superstar Randy Stone, Reiss finds himself in the toughest fight of his life.
Alright, I’m not entirely sure what drew me to review this one. But I suppose there was something about the trailer that stuck with me (considering I’m pretty sure that I first watched the trailer well over a year ago) and yes I consider myself a casual fan of professional wrestling. I’ll admit that yes there’s a few movies that I’ve reviewed because they’ve come from WWE studios. It was interesting to see how many cameos there were in the movie. This is the second movie role I’ve seen Jonathan Good (aka Dean. Ambrose or Jon Moxley) in, Good gave a decent enough performance but this wasn’t the role that gave him the opportunity to demonstrate any talent. Gina Gershon had a great onscreen presence as Max Black. I would have liked to have seen a better performance from Alex Montagnani who seemed unable to bring ‘Rocky’ energy levels to his role as Reiss.
