I know it’s still to early to be handing out the title of ‘The Worst Movie 2024’, but it seems that because of Gunner I just might have to make time to watch the remake of The Crow because Gunner is my nomination for ‘The Worst Movie 2024’. Deciding what The Worst Movie Ever or of a given calendar year is very subjective but I believe that movies released by movie studios such as The Asylum should always be part of the conversation.

I went into this unsure of the last time I saw a Luke Hemsworth (the oldest of the Hemsworth brothers) and after watching this I’m not in a hurry to watch another Dimitri Logothetis movie. Though Gunner wasn’t lazy and seemed quick to escalate its action, but overall it was uninspired and far from being able to be considered as being a high-octane action movie and the special effects reeked of ‘you get what you paid for’. I will admit that the first of the skydiving scene was hilarious and I kind of enjoyed John Hickman’s performance as Sheriff Lilly.
