What’s your favorite month of the year? Why?

Okay, I know it might not be the done thing to answer any of these writing prompts especially for a blog that deals with movie reviews, news and current affairs. But in my defence I am a procrastinator so it keeps me writing, I’ll also admit that I’m kinda starting to enjoy using the Jetpack app. So, when it comes to weather I’m not a fan of either extreme heat or cold because it plays hell with me because of a spinal cord injury (for those of you who’ve been reading this blog I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned the fact once or twice). For those of you who might be interested on an extremely hot day, where I live in Australia that means above 30 degrees Celsius people with a spinal cord injury (at least it did with me when I was younger) get dysreflexia and when it gets to cold to causes the muscles in legs to spasm more then they usually do.

So it might be interesting to find out that early winter (May/June in Australia) more specifically June would be my favourite month of the year. I like this time of year because that is usually the time people in the neighbourhood where I live start lighting fireplaces in their houses and then there is pine scent throughout the neighbourhood that I love. Though the previous bushfire season has spoiled my love of that scent a little bit.
