It’s been ages since I’ve last watched Fools Rush In and I suppose the reason why I sat down to watch this was because it was about to be taken off Prime Video. This isn’t the best of romantic movie, it’s actually a little cliched. But don’t let that stop especially if your looking for something that isn’t a Christmas movie in the month of December. As charming he was with his performance I’m not sure if Matthew Perry had the makings of good romantic lead. I think he did show signs of being a credible romantic lead until the release of Three to Tango in 1999. Compared to Perry Salma Hayek’s role seemed to be right within her wheelhouse. Even with how unsure i was of Perry’s ability as a romantic lead I loved the heliport scene in the third act and the scene where his character (Alex) met the Great Grandma played by Angelina Torres.
