Palace Cinemas have announced they will host a Harry Potter Marathon, POTTERFEST, on Saturday, September 23 – Sunday, September 24 to celebrate 20 years since the publication of the first novel. After almost selling out at the Astor Theatre in Melbourne, Palace confirmed additional screenings at Chauvel Cinema in Sydney, Palace Electric in Canberra and Palace Centro in Brisbane.

The twenty-three hour marathon will show the eight Harry Potter films, beginning with Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, and will include a screening of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them that released late last year, starring the talented Eddie Redmayne.

Tickets are $45 for an adult, $38 for concession and $35 for Movie Club members.
