With a ticking bomb locked to his neck, a young freerunner races against the clock and all types of baddies to get from one end of the city to the other to save himself and his girlfriend.
Freerunner is one of the movies that I hope that I will quickly forget quickly.
The only redeeming quality of the entire movie was Seymour Cassel who gave a brilliant performance as charming dirty old man and managed to steal the movie for a few brief moments throughout the movie. I was hoping that Sean Faris would have given a better performance because this the second movie that I have seen featuring him that was less than average.
The lowest point of the entire movie was the special effects really did come across as being extremely sloppy.
After watching Freerunner and how badly I think that, Lawrence Silverstein dropped the ball with his movie that maybe he owes Parkour legends David Belle and Sébastien Foucan an apology.
