Secret Service agents must retrieve the briefcase allowing the President control of America’s nuclear arsenal before massive destruction ensues.

Occasionally there are movies that you find in the bargain bin that are better than you think they are going to be. Chain of Command is one of those movies. Maybe the plot is a little to stereotypical of your common garden-variety action movie, but it really does not matter considering that such a brilliant group of actors where given roles in this movie. Particularly Ric Young who gave an amazing performance as the Machiavellian villain Ken Fung. There is also a couple of witty well written lines of dialogue about the President of the United State of America and “the nuclear football that you might not expect in action movie like this.
