When a chain of volcanic eruptions rips through Europe, the enormous ash cloud blocks out the sun, plunging the continent into a new ice age. An American couple must find their kids and get them out of Paris before it freezes over.

This probably isn’t a sequel to Apocalypse Pompei, considering it was released in 2013 and Pompei was released in 2014. I really would have liked to have seen that John Rhys-Davies got more screen time as Colonel Dillard. It was good to see that Jeff Fahey was cast in this as he had a part in my favourite Western Ghost Rock., If I did not know any better I would have thought that this had something to do with or at very least was inspired San Andreas. It should be noted that the Studio has released a Mockbuster to cash in on San Andreas. Though the rest of the cast did give bland performances it was good to see that occasionally the rest of the cast actually tried to emote something.
As you would expect from a movie with such a low budget there was some bad special effects most notably there was some questionable use of a green screen.
