This is the kind of movie that restores your faith in the idea of democracy and for those of you who have ever wondered if their vote really matters. Swing Vote joins the ranks of quirky political comedies such as Head of State staring Chris Rockand Man of the Year starring Robin Williams. I was very impressed with the performance of the 12 year old and extreamly talented Madeline Carroll.
