Twenty years later the Time Enforcement Commission is still ensuring that nobody travels to the past without permission and alters history. Brandon Miller believes that he has the responsibility to alter history but Ryan Chang stops him. Two years latter Miller sets out to eliminate TEC operatives by killing their ancestors soon Chang is only one left to stop him.
This is not a good sequel from the standpoint that it does not acknowledge the 1994 staring Jean Claude Van Dame. However, considering Van Dame’s own lack of ability some people might not see this as being something that detracts from the movie. The Berlin Decision could have been an excellent movie as it deals with the philosophical quandary given the opportunity should we change history for the better? Though it quickly dissolves into a “catch me if you can” like chase throughout history. The movie failed to properly address the human ramifications of the prospects of altering history. Truly a missed opportunity .
