John Falcon did 10 years of hard time in prison. Now he’s got 24 hours to get revenge on every person who had a hand in sending him there.

I was very familiar with director Ravi Dhar as American Muscle was his directorial debut. Dhar delivered something with a very strong 70’s revenge movie feel. I was also very unfamiliar with the entire cast for the movie, though Nick Principe was the perfect choice as the ass kicking anti-hero of the movie. Considering the level of violence in this movie and how quick it is before Principe’s character John Falcon is obliterating somebody’s head with a shotgun you are going to have to rely on the movie’s flashback sequences to decide if you should rely care about his character.
I’ll admit I had low expectations for this movie but Dhar managed to gradually win me over with the beautiful desert scenery and a simple but well down story with a twist at the end.
