A former race car driver is abducted by a mysterious thief and forced to be the wheel-man for a crime that puts them both in the sights of the cops and the mob.

A ninety minute nap would have been better use of my time then watching this Action-Comedy directed by Brian Trenchard-Smith. This buddy chase movie really wasn’t anything special and I really don’t see myself checking out any other movies directed by Trenchard-Smith anytime soon. The only thing that I found to be overly amusing was a fight scene between Thomas Jane and 67 year old actress Carol Burns and when an overly greedy service station attendant ventilated his skull with his own shotgun.
A small note to the Law Brothers, Brigitte Jean Allen and Brian Trenchard-Smith though sure the threat of going to Sing Sing penitentiary is something that worries criminals in the United States, a five second search on Wikipedia is long enough to find you a list of Australian Prisons that could have been referenced by your main characters to Simon Keller and Peter Roberts. There were a few plot points such as this one that suggested that you had no knowledge about Australia.
