After spending the night together on the night of their college graduation Dexter and Em are shown each year on the same date to see where they are in their lives. They are sometimes together, sometimes not, on that day.
I suppose One Day is the next addition to the list of movies that I have watched before reading the book first. Fans of the book will probably appreciate the fact that David Nicholls adapted his novel into a screenplay. One Day is the type of movie that will possibly reshape the course of your day.
I am going to watch more movies featuring Jim Sturgess, because there seems to be an interesting quality about him, particularly his voice.
I suppose that it is a combination of a brilliant performance by Rafe Spall and excellent directing Emma’s second-string love interest at least at first seemed to be drenched in the aura of Two and Half Men character Alan Harper.
