While a zombie-virus breaks out in South Korea, a couple of passengers struggle to survive on the train from Seoul to Busan.
I suppose if I had not seen Richard Wilkinson review this one on the today show, I might not have caught this one at the cinema and might have ended missing this one entirely.
If you are looking for something that it is going to revolutionize the zombie genre this probably is not it, though Zombies on a train certainly makes things a little tenser then it would have been in your garden variety zombie movie.
I honestly can’t say that I was overly familiar with the cast or anybody involved with the production. This really seemed to be a by the numbers zombie hitting on most of the tropes that you would expect and there were a couple of good moments that is going to ensure that I look out for this one when it is finally released on DVD including a couple of rather impressive action sequences involving the zombies and the train (that are probably computer generated but would slightly impressive if they were filmed for real).
